About our Co-curricular Program
Northside Montessori School offers a wide variety of co-curricular activities that occur before and after school. Opportunities participate in activities such as Origami, Tae-kwon-do, Lego Robotics, Choir, Orchestra, Band, Soccer, Chess, Dance and languages such as French and Japanese are all available to students.
Alongside these co-curricular groups we have music tutors on site to provide tuition in guitar, brass (trumpet, euphonium & trombone), flute, clarinet and piano. Students can attend these classes outside or during the school day.
Montessori Model United Nations
Our school participates in the Montessori Model United Nations (MMUN) program each year with students and families travelling to New York or Italy for these events.
The MMUN program offers our Upper Primary and Secondary students a valuable opportunity to see how the United Nations functions and to be involved in research, formal writing, public speaking and negotiation skills in an international setting.
