Enrolment

We invite you to learn more about our School and how Montessori students are inspired to learn, to share, to create, to help, to try new things and to know more. As such, Northside Montessori School is open to enrolment from any child who recognises the vision and values that underpin the culture and philosophy of our School.

Students are welcome to enrol at Northside Montessori School at any time throughout their educational journey. As an authentic Montessori school, our key entry levels are when the child is 3 years old; then at Year 1, Year 4 and Year 7.

We welcome children at the commencement of Kindergarten, while entry into the older years of schooling is very much dependant on a student’s suitability or previous Montessori educational experience with entry into Year 7, following Montessori Primary education.

There are a few simple steps to joining us at Northside Montessori School.

Acceptance and Attend Orientation Day

Upon completion of the interview, we will contact you to advise if a place is available and suitable for your family. This is followed by, an enrolment offer which attracts a non-refundable placement fee.

Before starting at Northside Montessori School, your child will receive an invitation to attend an orientation in the child’s classroom and meet the teacher.

Fees

It is the aim of the Board to maintain fees at an affordable level whilst delivering a quality, authentic Montessori education to children.

In determining the fee structure, the Board considers a number of key factors. As always, the aim is to balance the need to remain financially sustainable against the affordability of fees and cost of living pressures.

Bursaries

The Northside Montessori Bursary Program provides full or part bursaries allowing us to serve families who find themselves in necessitous circumstances.  Bursary assistance applies to tuition fees only and the exact amount approved varies from case to case. Levies and all other charges are to be met at the full rate.
